Order Processing-Shipping

Order Processing:
As a general rule, orders placed between January reopen date – September 30 will be processed as follows:

  • In-stock, non-personalized items: 1-3 business days.
  • In-stock, personalized items: 1 week.

Rush Orders:

  • Non personalized items: 1 business day, $5.00/item additional fee.
  • Personalized items: 3 business days, $8.00/item additional fee.
  • If an item is sold out and alternate items are not listed, rush service cannot be provided.

Holiday Shipping Schedule:

  • Last Ship Date of 2019: December 15
    (all orders ship via priority mail, Christmas delivery is not guaranteed)
    Shipping and processing estimates are just that, estimates. While we strive to get every order out as fast as possible, our Holiday show schedule impacts our processing times.

We created this page to keep you informed of delivery schedules and when our annex of Santa’s workshop will be closed. We want everyone to get their goodies in time for celebrating, so as the saying goes “Shop early and beat the rush”!  Whether buying for yourself or as a gift, we want to make sure you have your item(s) when you need them. To help you plan accordingly, please note our estimated in-house processing times (these are processing times only, and do not include shipping time).  Each order requires a processing period as well as a ship period, please keep that in mind when ordering.

Holiday Schedule:
November 1 – November 30:
In-stock, non- personalized items: up to 10 business days
Personalized items: up to 15 business days
December 1- December 15: In-stock, non- personalized items: 5+ business days
Personalized items: Orders placed before December 5 will be shipped by December 15.  Personalization not available after December 5.
Rush orders will be processed before non rush orders, regardless of when received. 

We really don’t want you to be disappointed so please read carefully:
If an item is no longer available, and you do not list a 2nd/3rd choice, your order will be delayed.  If possible we will contact you for an alternate choice, however, your order may be shipped without notification of items being sold out.

Shop Closing Schedule: So that we may enjoy the Holidays with our families, The PJ Lady  will be closed from December 16 – January 5.  All orders received after 2:00 PM CT on December 15, will be processed when we reopen  in January.

We always try to meet our estimated in-house processing times, however, processing times are approximate and not guaranteed.

Shipping:
Local Pick Up is available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Our offices are located in the Dallas Texas area.  If local pick up is selected at checkout and you live outside the local pick up area, an invoice for shipping will be sent to you via paypal for a flat rate of $14.50.  If the items will not fit in a medium flat rate box, the charge will be $20.00.  Please make sure you only select local pick up if you are within the pick up area.

The PJ Lady ships within the US only and ships all packages via priority mail.  Insurance up to $50 is included at no additional charge.  If you choose to purchase additional insurance, please add it at checkout.  Once shipped, priority mail typically takes 2-3 business days to most areas (this will be higher during peak shipping times such as the Christmas Season).  Please note that this is shipping time only and does not include “in-house processing times”.
